Our Resort on Leech Lake

ACCOMMODATIONS
Each log-sided lake home features magnificent views of Leech Lake sunsets from screened porches and lots of windows to give you a close-to-nature feeling. Our homes are well maintained and updated to provide all the comforts of home with modern amenities, including fireplace, whirlpool tubs, satellite TV, heat and air conditioning. Sleep like a baby in the peaceful quiet of the north woods!
Resort Amenities
We have been making memories at Spirit of the North since 2007! What started as our annual 4th of July trip, turned into our summertime second home. The Anderson family has been so great to us.
We love that we return year after year to make new memories like this one…the kid gets bigger every year and so do the fish. Family vacations to the north woods are highly underrated-they are good for the family AND good for the soul
We were looking for a large cabin for our family group of 8 adults and 9 children and landed on the Moose cabin at Spirit of the North Resort. We feel so blessed to have found such a great spot! Everything from the spacious cabin that didn’t make us feel cramped at all (8 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms) to the beach, pool, family activities and wonderful owners made it easy to rebook for next year before we even left. We can’t wait to return!
We went to Spirit of the North as kids and now it has been so much fun to introduce the new generation of our family. The owners are so welcoming and the kids activities are a highlight! we cannot recommend this place or these people enough!
